استخدام الموقع والخدمات:
- يُسمح لك باستخدام الموقع والخدمات فقط لأغراض تعليمية وشخصية.
- يُمنع استخدام الموقع أو محتواه لأي أغراض تجارية أو غير قانونية.
التسجيل وحساب المستخدم:
- يجب تقديم معلومات صحيحة وكاملة عند إنشاء حساب أو التسجيل في أي كورس.
- أنت مسؤول عن الحفاظ على سرية بيانات الدخول الخاصة بك.
الدفع وعمليات الشراء (Purchase):
- جميع الكورسات والمواد التعليمية تكون مقابل دفع السعر المعلن عنه.
- يتم الدفع عبر طرق الدفع المتاحة على الموقع فقط.

الإلغاء والاسترجاع:
- يمكن للطلاب طلب إلغاء الكورس أو استرجاع المبلغ وفقًا لسياسة الإلغاء الخاصة بالأكاديمية.
- أي طلبات خارج سياسة الإلغاء لن يتم قبولها.
المحتوى وحقوق الملكية الفكرية:
- جميع المواد التعليمية والموارد الموجودة على الموقع محمية بحقوق الملكية الفكرية.
- لا يُسمح بنسخ، توزيع، أو إعادة نشر أي محتوى دون إذن كتابي من الأكاديمية.
الخصوصية وحماية البيانات:
- نحن نلتزم بحماية بياناتك الشخصية وفق سياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بنا.
- لن نشارك بياناتك مع أي طرف ثالث بدون موافقتك.
المسؤولية:

القانون المعمول به والاختصاص القضائي:
- تخضع هذه الشروط والأحكام لقوانين جمهورية مصر العربية.
- أي نزاع ينشأ بين المستخدم والأكاديمية يتم حله أمام الجهات القضائية المختصة في مصر.
